Sorry for our insurance purposes ,no children can be in the salon whilst you are here having a treatment, unless it is a mum and me pamper or childrens pamper parties.We have wax, candles, and equipment and unfortunalty it is not a safe space for children to wait with parents whilst in treatment.
We take a 50% deposit upon every booking! Please email Kate to book in or message us on our Facebook page, please send your deposit when you have booked your appointment with us and screenshot a reciept of payment to us . This ensures us you have paid and your booking is now secure, we also back track this way if necessary. We have a 24 hr cancellation policy, if you need to cancel please do so in that 24 hr and we will reimburse your deposit or full payment back to you. if you have cancelled outside the 24hr timeframe unfortunatley your deposit is kept by our business as we have to now fill that empty appointment.Thank you!
